| Do we create profiles and make automated decisions? | It is possible that we use AI-powered technology to offer vacancies that may suit with candidates included in our data base according to their CV for them to decide whether they are interested in summiting their application to the offered position. Additionally, we may use this AI-powered technology as an assistant tool for screening candidates, including skill matching. In this regard, the use of this technology does not imply any decision producing significant impact for the data subject in particular, does not imply the adoption of an automated decision to hire a specific candidate without human intervention. |
| How long will we store your personal data? | We will confidentially store your personal data until the end of the selection process or until you withdraw your consent and, in case you have accepted the processing of your data for future professional opportunities, we will keep them for a maximum period of 3 years from the completion of the selection process, or from the last update of the profile on the Talent Community platform. If you pass from candidate to employee, your personal data will be part of your employee file and will be stored in accordance with the applicable period for the labor relationship with Almirall. |

We may obtain data directly from you, through the information you provide directly when you apply to an open vacancy or when you register at our Talent Community.

- Identification data, such as your name, date of birth, nationality, and/or social security number.
- Contact details, such as address, telephone number, and email address.
- Job qualifications, who referred you, the area you are interested in, your education, training, skills, certifications and prior work experience.
